Monthly marketing plans
The short answer: three plans, each including everything in the one below it.
| Plan | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998 a month | A site with search-ready service pages, your Google Business Profile and local SEO, an initial Google and Meta ad setup, hosting, upkeep and a report each month |
| Growth | $4,498 a month | The Starter work, with deeper SEO and content, paid ads on several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, review requests and a report every week |
| Elite | $8,998 a month | The Growth work, adding video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reports built to your needs |
For a heating company, the Growth plan is where rate-change explainer pages and fuel-switching campaigns fit comfortably, because it includes advanced content and multi-channel ads.

What drives the cost for a heating company
The short answer: the number of markets, fuels and channels you need to cover.
- Service area size. One city needs fewer local pages than ten towns across two regions.
- Fuel and system mix. A company that sells gas furnaces, heat pumps and oil conversions needs more content than a single-system specialist.
- Province. Quebec work needs French content; Ontario's quarterly gas calendar means more frequent updates.
- Channels. Search ads alone cost less to manage than search, social and retargeting together.
- Reporting. Weekly reporting and a real-time dashboard come with the higher plans.
How to choose a plan
The short answer: match the plan to your capacity and your bottleneck.
- Starter suits a company with one main market that needs a solid website, local visibility and basic ads.
- Growth suits a company ready for more calls across several towns, with content tied to rates and programs and ads across channels.
- Elite suits multi-location companies that want video, PR, a dedicated account manager and monthly strategy calls.
A simple test: if one extra replacement job a month at your average value would cover the plan's cost, the question becomes whether the plan can realistically produce that. Use your own job values. Our results show what named HVAC companies achieved, without promising the same for you.
Budgeting around the heating season
The short answer: decide your ad spend separately from your plan, and let the season shape it.
The plan fee covers our work. Ad spend is separate and should follow demand: higher in the first cold weeks and in January, lower in a mild spring. A contractor in Saskatchewan might weight more of the year's ad budget into November to February, while one on the BC coast can spread it more evenly. We set this calendar with you at the start and review it after the first season. Our heating-season ads page shows how.
What we don't do
The short answer: no installs, no hidden extras, no invented guarantees.
We are a marketing and consulting service, not a heating contractor. We do not promise rankings or call volumes. Anything not stated here, such as setup arrangements or ad-spend handling for your account, is confirmed in writing in your proposal before you commit. See our FAQ for common questions, or call, text or email to discuss your market.
