How to reach us

The short answer: call, text or email; no forms.

  • Call: (604) 632-4959, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.
  • Text: (604) 632-4959, any time; we reply during business hours. A short text is enough to get started.
  • Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca, for longer messages, links or documents.

We are headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with heating companies across all provinces and territories.

What to include in your first message

The short answer: five facts help us give you a useful first answer.

  1. Your province and service area, including the towns you actually cover.
  2. Your fuels and systems: gas furnaces, boilers, oil, heat pumps, electric, or a mix.
  3. Your current marketing: website, Google Business Profile, ads, or none.
  4. Your capacity: how many more jobs a month you could handle.
  5. Your main question, such as how a rate decision affects your customers or why your calls dropped.

A template you can copy:

Hi, I run [Business name], a heating company in [City/region, province]. We mainly install and service [fuels/systems]. Our marketing today is [website/profile/ads]. We could take about [number] more jobs a month. My main question is [question]. Best time to reach me: [time].

What happens next

The short answer: a conversation, a free trial, then a written plan.

  • First reply: we confirm we have your message and suggest a time to talk.
  • First conversation: a call about your market, numbers and goals. You'll talk to a senior strategist.
  • 7-day free trial: a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card.
  • Written proposal: what we recommend first, what it costs, how it will be measured, and the terms, all in writing.

There is no lock-in. If the plan does not make sense for your business, we will say so.

Please don't send customer personal information in a first message; a description of your business is enough.

Sending a news tip

The short answer: send the primary source and we will check it.

If you see a provincial rate decision, program change or regulation that affects heating customers, email the link to the official document. We publish only what we can read and verify ourselves, and we date stories by the source's own date. Browse the newsroom for examples.

If you are writing about a rate decision

The short answer: tell us which decision and which customers it affects.

Many first messages start with a news item: "Our utility just raised rates; should we do something?" That is a good starting point. Include the name of the utility or regulator, and the type of homes you mostly serve. With that, we can usually tell you in the first conversation whether the change is large enough to matter for your customers, and what an honest response would look like. Our coverage of decisions such as NB Power's 2026/27 rates shows how we read them.

If you prefer, send the decision's link by email and we will read it before we talk.

Before you get in touch

The short answer: a few pages that answer common questions.

  • Services explains the four ways we help heating companies.
  • Pricing lists plans and website packages.
  • Results shows named HVAC and heating results.
  • Areas summarises the heating market in your province.

We are a marketing and consulting service, not a heating contractor, so we cannot help with equipment problems or service calls. For those, contact a licensed heating contractor in your area.
